We realize how difficult this decision can be, and our team is here to listen and support you throughout this process. We will answer all of your questions regarding your pet’s condition and prognosis and can help you assess your pet’s quality of life.
Euthanasia Services
If you decide euthanasia is the appropriate next step, we offer a private area in our hospital for you and your family to say goodbye. We begin with a mild sedation to keep your pet calm and comfortable. We strive to support your wishes and accommodate any special requests.
Cremation Services
Davis Animal Hospital can help you organize cremation services for your pet. There are two main options for your consideration: 1) a communal cremation takes care of all the details including spreading your pet’s ashes on your behalf; or 2) a private cremation which allows for your pet’s ashes to be returned to you.
